Plan and usage

Open Plan & usage in personal Control to see your plan, device slots, model storage and download data. You need access to the account's billing settings. Use the limits and quotes shown for your account; another account's screenshot is not a price list.

Review before confirming

A purchase can charge your payment method or change future recurring charges. Control quotes amounts excluding VAT. Check the quoted amount, renewal date, capacity and any top-up expiry; Stripe shows the final VAT and amount before payment. A capacity reduction can change the usable limit immediately even when its billing effect begins at renewal.

Check your available capacity

Distinguish included, paid and usable capacity. Check current use before adding a device or uploading a model. Monthly download data and expiring data top-ups have separate balances and periods; read their dates before planning a large download.

Add capacity or data

  1. Open Plan & usage, or follow the capacity prompt from the task that reached its limit.
  2. Review the proposed quantity and the account's quote. Check the amount due excluding VAT, new monthly total, renewal and any expiry. Stripe shows the final VAT and amount before payment. Free or trial accounts may be offered a Starter checkout with the selected extras.
  3. Confirm only the intended purchase, then follow any bank verification instructions.
  4. Wait for active capacity. Processing and paid but activating are intermediate outcomes.
  5. Return to the original task and explicitly resume it. Control does not automatically approve a device or restart an upload or model download just because capacity became available. After a page reload, an upload may need the local file selected again.

If payment or activation is uncertain

Read the existing purchase status before making another purchase. An interrupted page or delayed response does not prove a payment failed. A declined payment can offer a retry; a paid operation awaiting activation needs its own status checked. Use the provided support action for an expired or unresolved paid operation.

A failed renewal can provide a hosted invoice for recovery. Read the account's specific restriction and recovery message; do not assume that every existing device or request has stopped.

Reduce or restore paid capacity

Review both the immediate usable capacity and the next-renewal charge. Control blocks a reduction below current use. If Review undo is available, it lets you restore capacity already paid for, without a charge. Read the confirmation before restoring it.

Keep the operation reference and error if a change remains unresolved. Avoid repeating the purchase merely to see whether the first attempt worked.
